I’m looking for in-house counsel or risk/compliance roles where I can run legal due diligence, regulatory analysis, and support dispute resolution and insolvency work with strong documentation and risk assessment.

I’m a corporate laws graduate (BBA LL.B. Hons.) with 1+ year of post-qualification experience across corporate legal, insolvency support, dispute resolution, and in-house litigation support. I focus on legal due diligence, contract review and drafting, and regulatory compliance—especially where multi-jurisdictional risk needs clear handling.

In my current role as a Legal Executive, I manage 10+ commercial arbitration proceedings and contractual disputes involving price variations, commercial claims, and statutory compliance obligations. I conduct risk assessment and compliance reviews, identify high-risk clauses, and draft/vet agreements, legal notices, contractual claims, replies, and case briefs to support counsel during hearings.

Previously, as a Legal Associate, I conducted due diligence on 50+ distressed loan portfolios for Asset Reconstruction Companies and reviewed loan portfolios of 60+ borrowers, including title verification and security-interest enforceability risk. I’ve also supported recovery and insolvency proceedings in multiple courts and contributed a published book chapter on space debris sustainability; I’m now seeking in-house counsel and risk/compliance-focused due diligence or regulatory analysis roles.
