I’m looking to contribute in a professional telecommunications or technology-driven environment, using my end-to-end provisioning experience, strong communication, and customer-first mindset to ensure reliable delivery and SLA compliance.

I’m a Computer Science graduate with progressive experience in telecommunications provisioning and customer operations. Currently, I work as a Provisioning Associate on a UK Telecom Project, managing end-to-end delivery of Ethernet and Broadband circuits while ensuring on-time provisioning and service activation.

I coordinate across multiple telecom suppliers to track order progress, resolve escalations, and meet SLA commitments. As the primary point of contact for delivery updates, I manage the full order lifecycle in telecom provisioning systems and proactively liaise with supplier teams to identify and resolve provisioning delays; earlier, I strengthened customer service and communication through high-volume calls and chats, and built a web development foundation through an internship using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
