I’m a Customer-focused Technical Support Specialist Level 1 with 3+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues independently across Mobile Device Management (MDM), enterprise software, and network environments.
I independently diagnose and resolve critical MDM, device, and network problems for global enterprise customers, managing high-priority escalations with minimal supervision and clear, professional English communication.
In my current role, I handle cloud upgrade failures and OS migration issues within a 24x7 support model, maintaining end-to-end ticket and case lifecycle management in Salesforce while consistently meeting SLA expectations.
I also collaborate across cross-functional teams, developers, and external partners to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, and I lead knowledge-sharing and mentoring for junior team members to improve onboarding and issue resolution speed.
