At Tantus/USDA, I manage 30–45 projects monthly, moving them through build, review, and completion. I coordinate project meetings and work with stakeholders and customers to track progress and resolve issues.
I developed and routinely revised Standard Operating Procedures to streamline Project Specialist tasks and guide new hires. I also train new Project Specialists on the project cycle.
At SBP Consulting LLC, I worked on system design review acceptance for a simulcast wide area FY network. I used Motorola Voyager, VFNE, and CFF to check radio towers, and created projects and client presentations to explain scope, design, and deliverables.
At UNO Translations, I worked with clients to clarify project requirements and supported translation projects with graphics and media. As an Event Planning Intern at Ward Museum, I organized events including the Fall Migration Gala & Auction and Chesapeake Wildfowl Expo & Fall Festival.
