What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead program/project coordination for aviation or engineering operations—owning budgets, schedules, documentation, and risk management—while partnering with FAA-style stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a project and engineering professional with 25+ years of experience supporting federal aviation infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and aerospace manufacturing programs. I bring a proven track record of project coordination, technical documentation, and clear stakeholder reporting in complex operational environments.

I’ve managed a $2M+ FAA project portfolio, delivering ~45 infrastructure and operational projects per year. My work has included project planning, budgeting, scheduling, prioritization, and developing program reports using Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP), as well as scheduling deliverables and monitoring progress with Microsoft Project.

Across telecom and engineering support efforts, I coordinated multi-state telecommunications transitions across Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan facilities. I’ve also supported Rolls-Royce aerospace manufacturing programs by tracking engineering concessions and production documentation in SAP, while initiating, tracking, and documenting concessions and communicating final dispositions and corrective actions.

From FAA district coordination to on-site construction oversight, I’ve served as a reliable liaison between FAA personnel, engineering teams, contractors, and leadership. I’m especially strong in risk & issue escalation, non-conformance resolution, compliance-focused documentation, and keeping high-visibility stakeholders aligned through disciplined action-item tracking.
