At INPREMA, I completed a professional internship as an Oficial de Soporte Técnico, assisting users with hardware and software incidents.
I performed preventive and corrective computer maintenance and diagnosed and resolved LAN issues.
I also installed and configured software and operating systems, providing in-person and remote technical support.
In academic projects, I developed a basic Python data-management system and configured a LAN, including connectivity testing. I’m studying Ingeniería en Informática at Centro Universitario Tecnológico.
