I’m looking to serve a mission-aligned team where I can lead retail growth—applying merchandising discipline, coaching, and business development to expand thoughtfully into retail markets.

I’m a retail and business development leader with 8+ years leading teams, growing revenue, and building customer relationships at Nordstrom, Sherwin-Williams, and Catapult Greater Pittsburgh. I bring “merchandising discipline” and operational ownership, pairing sales planning with coaching instinct to help teams execute with excellence and intention.

As Founder of H+R House of Redemption, a pre-launch faith-inspired lifestyle apparel brand, I lead end-to-end strategy—brand vision and identity, product development, customer experience, audience building, market positioning, pricing strategy, and digital storefront planning. I’m energized by partnering work, too, including operating entrepreneurship programs and coordinating workshops that connect founders to financial education, capital access, and growth resources.
