I’m a safety-focused professional with over 20 years of experience enforcing safety protocols in high-risk operational environments, including military leadership and corrections. I consistently help teams prevent incidents through strong risk management, accountability, and procedure-driven execution.

In my current role as a Production Assistant / Fabrication Technician, I maintain compliance with workplace safety standards in a manufacturing environment using tools, equipment, and heavy materials. I identify potential hazards, ensure corrective actions are taken, and follow established safety procedures during fabrication and assembly to keep work areas safe and efficient.

Earlier, as a Passenger Conductor / Assistant Conductor with Amtrak, I ensured passenger safety and compliance with federal transportation regulations. I conducted safety checks and inspections, monitored onboard conditions, responded to safety concerns and emergencies, and maintained accurate documentation and reports.

My foundation is built on decades of leadership in demanding settings, including serving as a Sergeant First Class (E-7) in the U.S. Army National Guard and Range Safety Officer for demolition and live-fire operations, where I ensured zero safety incidents. I deliver safety briefings, inspections, and enforcement across teams; identify hazards and implement mitigation measures; coordinate movement of personnel and equipment in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; and train and mentor others in safe work practices.
