I’m an HR professional with 6+ years across HR Operations, Payroll Processing, and Talent Acquisition in corporate and plant environments. I’m hands-on with preparing monthly salary sheets, tracking attendance, coordinating payroll cycles, and administering statutory compliance (PF & ESIC).

At Amrit Cement Limited, I lead HR operations for the Guwahati location, including attendance tracking, HR MIS, and payroll-related data inputs shared with the central payroll team. I also manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer letter generation—while maintaining recruitment dashboards and HR reports for leadership and business stakeholders.

I’ve supported broader HR administration through employee engagement initiatives and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. I’ve demonstrated adaptability by transitioning from plant HR operations to full location-level HR ownership across HR functions.

I’m currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certification in HR Management from IIM Shillong, and I’m building toward a specialist career in end-to-end payroll operations. I’m especially interested in roles with a US/Canada-focused organization, GCC, or global payroll services team.
