What I'm looking for

I'm seeking new challenges and leadership opportunities where I can use my bilingual administrative, coordination, client-service, and case-management experience to support people and improve workflows.

I'm currently supporting an Assistant Deputy Minister and senior director at Innovation Canada, managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, briefing materials, stakeholder inquiries, HR support, and confidential records.

I've also coached job seekers at Agilec, protected children and families at the Children's Aid Society of Ottawa, and coordinated clinical care at OneHealth Technology/Terrace Wellness Group. My work has centered on assessments, client-centred action plans, case management, accommodations, and removing barriers to successful outcomes.

Across social services, health care, education, and administrative settings, I bring bilingual English-French communication, compassionate client support, and organized follow-through. I'm seeking new challenges and leadership opportunities.
