At Summit, I work with property contacts and site staff during fire inspections, explain findings, and keep visits on schedule. I enter data in inspection software and organize notes and reports so the next person can pick up the file.

I built Wage Gauge, a live app for students and variable-income workers, and put more than 200 hours into building, testing, and iterating. I learned a new software stack from scratch and wrote product copy, a privacy policy, and launch videos to help users understand the app.

Across customer-facing and field work, I show up, communicate, and stay with a problem until it’s solved. I’m seeking a Customer Support Representative role where I can help users and close tickets cleanly.
