At Portland Public Schools, I manage full-cycle recruitment, PeopleSoft HRIS operations, workforce planning, and equitable selection processes for a workforce of more than 7,000 employees. I’ve automated hiring workflows through Smartsheet, developed talent pipelines for student teachers, and use recruitment reporting to guide staffing decisions.

I bring experience across HR administration, collective bargaining, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and team supervision. Previously, at Family Ties Counseling Center, I managed HR operations in Gusto, improved hiring and onboarding workflows, supervised office support staff, and created training manuals that remain in use.
