Shanna Jennes

My name is Shanna Jennes, and I am a highly motivated individual with a diverse background in customer service, childcare, hairdressing, and security. I have always believed in giving 100 percent to my work, which has allowed me to excel in various roles. My experience as a hairdresser taught me the importance of creativity and teamwork, as I strived to make my clients happy through my work.

In my role as a Child Care Worker, I had the privilege of working with children aged 0-3, where I developed strong communication skills and a deep love for nurturing young minds. My time at Zalando in customer service further honed my problem-solving abilities, as I managed phone calls, emails, and chats to assist customers effectively. Most recently, I worked as a Security Guard, where I adapted to various responsibilities, showcasing my versatility and commitment to safety.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to work as an Animator in Italy, where I engaged in sports, dance, and activities for children, further enriching my experience in entertainment and childcare. I am now seeking a long-term position where I can leverage my diverse skill set and passion for helping others.
