I’m a data-focused graduate student with a background in business operations, reporting, and data-driven problem solving. I combine practical analytics with an interest in finance and data analytics gained through my exchange semester.

In my projects, I translate raw transactions into actionable insights—for example, analyzing 3,900+ customer transactions using SQL, Python, and Power BI. I built KPI definitions and interactive dashboards to monitor customer behavior and sales performance, supporting decisions on demographics, subscription patterns, and product category results.

Professionally, I’ve worked as a Support Analyst for POS & Retail Systems, where I analyzed operational and business metrics (sales, inventory, profitability, and fuel purchases) and collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system and workflow issues while meeting SLA commitments. I also documented recurring issues, root causes, and process recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

Previously as a System Engineer, I investigated operational and application incidents, tracked service quality, and supported continuous process improvement through reporting and documentation. I enjoy turning messy operational data into clear narratives that stakeholders can act on.
