I've built and scaled delivery practices for Papaya Global/AKT and Retrain.ai, leading enterprise implementations across global payroll technology and AI-driven HR workflows.

At Papaya Global/AKT, I established the Delivery Practice from the ground up, creating governance, operational infrastructure, resource planning, and execution standards for dozens of concurrent enterprise implementations. I owned practice P&L and revenue forecasting, aligned capacity to commercial targets, and partnered across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to accelerate client time-to-value.

At Retrain.ai, I built and led the Customer Success and delivery function, translating customer needs into scalable AI-driven workflows alongside Data Science, Engineering, and Product. I introduced automation and process improvements, created customer-product feedback loops, and developed a high-accountability team of project managers.

Earlier at Amdocs, I led global HR technology transformations using SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle, including programs impacting 26,000+ employees. I bring experience spanning strategy, solution design, agile execution, change management, stakeholder alignment, and global go-live.
