What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote, distributed, remote-first People role where I can own outcomes, partner leadership, and expand AI-enabled HR workflows—especially across multi-country teams using EOR/contractor models.

I’m a Global HR leader with 15+ years building and leading People functions for distributed, multi-country organizations across 8+ countries and many time zones. I’ve operated as a remote and cross-border people leader—hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining talent; building scalable, async-friendly HR processes; and partnering leadership as a self-directed operator who owns outcomes without needing to be in the room.

Most recently, I led the global People function for a distributed, remote-first company as Global Head of HR, building AI-driven HR workflows that cut manual processing 60%+ and improving workforce outcomes like reducing voluntary attrition by 20% YoY. Previously as Head of HR at Yandex (now Nebius) and VP HR (Department of One) at nSure.ai, I ran HR across EOR and contractor/B2B workforce models, managed cross-border employment compliance remotely, and delivered people analytics, HRIS/ATS-enabled operations, and performance/comp programs for culturally diverse teams.
