What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my academic knowledge in hospitality, tourism, events, customer service, or administrative work, enhance my professional skills, and contribute effectively to organizational success.

I've completed a BSc (Hons) in Events, Tourism and Hospitality Management at NSBM Green University, affiliated with the University of Plymouth.

Through projects on Aitken Spence Hotels, Mirissa tourism, and customer satisfaction, I've assessed innovation, sustainability, customer loyalty, service quality, and destination competitiveness. I used quantitative survey analysis in SPSS and qualitative interviews to develop practical, research-based recommendations.

I'm ready to apply my customer service, event coordination, administrative support, communication, and organizational skills while contributing positively to a professional team.
