I am an ambitious and hardworking individual, currently on my journey to becoming a doctor. My experiences have shaped my dedication to achieving my goals and targets, and I am always willing to go the extra mile. I thrive in team environments and possess essential skills such as problem-solving, leadership, and organization, which I apply to every situation I encounter.

Throughout my work experience as a customer advisor, I honed my communication skills by assisting customers with their inquiries, particularly regarding student loans. This role taught me the importance of accuracy and empathy in addressing customer concerns. Additionally, my time shadowing healthcare professionals in a GP setting provided me with valuable insights into the medical field, reinforcing my desire to pursue a career as a doctor.

In my gap year, I further developed my confidence and communication abilities while working with the Student Loans Company. I believe that my customer service experience, combined with my passion for healthcare, will be instrumental in my future as a medical professional.
