What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue delivering evidence-based SEL and crisis-ready counseling for students and families, working collaboratively with school teams and community supports while growing my training and preventative-care impact.

I’m an SEL Counseling Specialist and social work professional focused on helping students and families meet emotional, social, spiritual, and academic needs through both individual and small-group support. In my current role, I provide SEL services in grades K–4, including preventative and crisis support, and I conduct suicide risk assessments while coordinating with teachers and families to connect students to needed resources.

Previously, I served as a Case Planner and Child Protective Investigator, where I managed a caseload of 8 families and led ongoing risk and safety assessments. I delivered evidence-based therapeutic interventions using CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and crisis intervention, and I completed multiple assessment and screening tools (including CASI instruments, Comprehensive Family Assessments, and Modified Mini Screener assessments). Earlier experiences as a school and graduate intern strengthened my ability to facilitate therapeutic groups and treatment plans for youth and families, and I bring a collaborative, training-minded approach to the work.
