What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy and care coordination for children and families, using strengths-based collaboration to improve mood, safety, and functioning in a supportive, inclusive environment.

I’m a Clinical Social Worker (LMSW) with experience in trauma-informed assessment, care coordination, and supporting children, adolescents, and families in both clinical and community settings. I focus on client-facing rapport-building, communication, and equitable, strengths-based care.

In my role as Primary Therapist at Charlie Health, I provide ongoing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults in a virtual IOP setting. I develop individualized treatment plans and safety plans, conduct ongoing clinical assessment, monitor risk, and adjust approaches as needed to support stabilization and progress.

Previously, at Anne Arundel Counseling, I conducted biopsychosocial assessments and delivered trauma-informed individual and group therapy. I also co-facilitated psychoeducational and therapeutic groups focused on coping skills and symptom management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating clearly with clients and families. Earlier, as a Care Coordinator at Continuum Pediatric Nursing, I handled intakes, assessed needs, and connected families with appropriate resources while serving as a liaison between families, providers, and community agencies.
