Mental health therapist dedicated to assisting clients through struggles.
What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated mental health therapist currently working at Family Access Center, where I manage a diverse caseload of clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, utilizing Person-Centered, Narrative therapy, DBT, CBT, and Play Therapy techniques to foster healing and growth in my clients.
My journey in mental health began with an internship at Siouxland Mental Health, where I honed my therapeutic skills across various populations. This experience solidified my ambition to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have actively participated in mobile crisis assessments, providing on-site interventions for individuals in crisis, which has further developed my ability to stabilize situations and connect clients with necessary resources.
