What I'm looking for

I’m looking for Remote QA opportunities where I can own UAT and telecom system testing, collaborate with business and developers, and ensure high-quality releases through strong test planning, defect management, and deployment validation.

I’m a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on experience in manual testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation across functional, integration, regression, and system testing. I focus on defect management, test case design, and test planning to help teams deliver stable, production-ready releases.

In telecom environments in Kuwait, I worked closely with business users, developers, and stakeholders to verify business requirements, acceptance criteria, and operational readiness. I performed deployment verification and production support, executed post-production checks, validated data availability and process execution, and supported metadata management initiatives across business and technical domains.

I bring a strong telecom systems testing background, including IVR testing and web application testing for telecom services, along with data warehouse and business intelligence support.
