I'm currently building and validating SAS, Teradata, and SQL programs for Bank of America’s banking incentive fulfilment and campaign qualification processes. I translate campaign rules into data-processing logic across customer, account, product, transaction, and eligibility data.

I strengthen campaign-output accuracy through reconciliation, exception analysis, record-level investigation, and automated validation checks. My work includes profiling high-volume datasets, identifying duplicate or missing records, and validating incentive calculations.

At Accenture, I supported healthcare data projects for Cigna and Kaiser Permanente, validating member, eligibility, claims, provider, plan, and coverage data. I performed functional, integration, regression, and SQL-based data-validation testing across application and data-processing workflows.

I also developed SAS and SQL programs for extraction, transformation, reporting, and operational analysis, including a Hyperion-to-SAS migration. I bring 9+ years of experience across data analysis, quality engineering, testing, production support, and root-cause analysis.
