At Atheneum, I built the data infrastructure from the ground up, including its first data warehouse, ETL pipelines, and company-wide reporting. I also established Dagster as the ETL orchestration platform and migrated existing dbt- and Python-based pipelines to it.
I expanded my work at Atheneum to include the AI division, hiring data scientists and establishing practical AI solutions for internal operations and client-facing products. I built data and ML pipelines for text and audio processing, and consolidated AI pipelines into a unified repository with Temporal workflows.
At Mumsnet, I guided technical strategy as Head of Engineering and Data, supporting the platform’s evolution as it grew to serve more than 10 million unique monthly visitors. Earlier, I co-founded One Circle International and established its web development and hosting division, and delivered systems for financial institutions and other clients throughout my career.
