I'm looking to contribute across HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, onboarding, and employee engagement while strengthening people practices aligned with organizational goals.

At Actowiz Solutions, I oversee HR operations across departments, administering Keka HRMS, coordinating payroll inputs, managing compliance, and delivering structured onboarding and induction programs. I also lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through salary negotiation and offer rollout.
