I've supported remote insurance claims operations at Claims Management Resources and Alacrity Solutions, handling time-sensitive FNOL intake, documentation, and file readiness.

At CMR, I review first-notice-of-loss records for completeness, accuracy, required information, procedural compliance, and exceptions before approval. I research conflicting locations using digital mapping and GPS sources, resolve discrepancies where possible, and escalate files that cannot safely move forward.

As the evening team's only leadership-level point of contact from 5:00–9:00 p.m., I answer process questions, support exceptions, and help guide escalations. I've also created reference resources, intake concepts, escalation logic, and decision-support materials for recurring issues.

In my current contract project management work at Loyalty Untapped, I track ownership, deadlines, dependencies, approvals, evidence, and unresolved issues. I build practical trackers, forms, handoff controls, and documentation that keep work moving without missing information or unclear responsibility.
