I'm currently supporting network security and infrastructure at EFU Life Assurance Limited, managing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Terminal Server support, VPN access, VoIP, and Level-2 helpdesk incidents.
Previously, I supported international operations at Sybrid Pvt Ltd, resolving system, network, domain, email, WiFi, LAN, and remote-access issues. I also managed VMware vCenter, ESXi, Active Directory, pfSense, Kaspersky Endpoint Security, UniFi infrastructure, and cloud VPS environments.
At SHED Foundation, I oversaw more than 100 computers, deployed over 100 desktops, maintained ERP operations, managed IT procurement, and trained users. I've also deployed an OS Ticket system and a Nextcloud server on Ubuntu 24.04.
