At Nippon Express USA, I lead IT and security operations for 1,600+ endpoints across North, Central, and South America.
I design and enforce web filtering and endpoint security policies using Cisco Umbrella, Cisco AMP / Secure Endpoint, and Trend Micro. I also manage endpoint deployment, patching, compliance, and decommissioning.
I manage identity and access and VDI environments, and provide advanced support for Windows OS, Office 365, Azure AD, VPN, and network incidents.
I maintain enterprise ticketing systems and automate workflows, escalation rules, and SLAs. My project work includes a Trend Micro server migration, SSL certificate renewals, and a subnet merge in Infoblox.
