I’m a Project Manager with practical experience coordinating projects and improving business processes within the financial sector. I focus on stakeholder alignment, clear project documentation, and smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

In my current role at AITB “Ipak Yuli,” I coordinate the implementation of a corporate HRM system to automate HR processes (Talent Management, Performance Management, KPI/MBO), including integrations with internal information systems. I also coordinate the rollout of HR and payroll management, maintaining documentation and monitoring deliverables to support on-time delivery.

I’ve led cross-functional collaboration between business units, IT teams, the Information Security department, and the vendor. I also coordinated the development of the bank’s IT Strategy by organizing working sessions, tracking milestones, and partnering with international consultants on digital transformation initiatives.

I bring transformation experience through Agile adoption and product operating model changes, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives. Previously, at UZCARD, I supported internship program coordination and recruitment workflows, including job advertisement management, initial screenings, and candidate communication.
