I am an aspiring project manager with hands-on experience supporting project delivery, recruitment, and volunteer programs. I combine foundational project management knowledge with strong analytical reasoning, communication, and organizational abilities to help teams meet goals.

My practical experience includes assisting project managers, running full recruitment cycles across sectors, and supporting HR and volunteer initiatives, including training design and evaluation. I am proficient with tools like Bitrix24, Trello, and Jira and familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

I am proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning—currently advancing BBA (Hons) studies with a project management pathway while completing leadership and HR courses to strengthen my delivery and people-management skills.
