As an Exchange Online Administrator at Qnity, I own the messaging backbone for a large, global user base. That means proactive monitoring that's held mail flow uptime at 99.9%, and a security posture built on Proofpoint, Exchange Online Protection, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 to keep phishing and spoofing attempts out of inboxes before they become incidents.

I’m Shakeeb Mohammed, an IT professional with 1+ year of experience working on Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Proofpoint. I’ve supported global clients like DuPont and Corteva, where I managed email systems, automated tasks using PowerShell, and implemented security measures such as SafeLink policies, phishing simulations, and anti-spam controls.
