I’m looking for a detail-driven role in healthcare where my customer service, cash-handling accuracy, and quality control experience helps keep records and billing error-free, with opportunities to grow as I complete Medical Billing & Coding.

I’m a detail-oriented customer service and warehouse operations professional with 3 years of retail and warehouse experience, known for strong cash handling, organization, and accurate recordkeeping. I maintain quality control and help drive operational efficiency through careful audits and consistent standards. I’m currently enrolled in a Medical Billing & Coding program, graduating in August, with a 4.0 GPA and the Dean’s list all semester.

In my recent roles at Amazon and as a cashier, I managed cash register operations, resolved customer issues quickly, and collaborated with leadership to reduce theft and fraud at the cashier stations. I also supported order fulfillment by accurately picking items, performing product quality checks before shipment/storage, and communicating clearly with team members to keep tasks moving. I’m eager to leverage my attention to detail and customer support strengths in the healthcare industry.
