What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply my administration, claims, auditing, budgeting, customer service, and team-support skills to maintain accurate processes and deliver quality service.

At Audi Centre Mbombela, I manage warranty processes from claim submission through order fulfilment, while auditing internal procedures against Audi South Africa requirements. I was promoted from receptionist to Warranty Clerk, achieved 90% on the Warranty Administrator course, and received a Pro-Active Staff Member award.

I handle daily invoice costing and budgeting, customer databases, filing, internal memos, meeting scheduling, quality control, and customer complaints. I also supervise clerks, train new staff, manage front-office staff, and act as second in command when the Service Manager is absent.

Previously at IUA Business Solutions, I processed and updated insurance claims accurately on CADi, managed stakeholder communication, collected supporting documentation, and escalated urgent issues. I also teach English privately, including Business English, lesson planning, content editing, content writing, and assessment of student writing and tests.
