I've improved incident-management processes to reduce resolution time and improve response efficiency, while preparing communications, documenting incident-bridge timelines, and validating application health after major changes. I also attend CAB meetings to present change impacts and secure approvals.

Previously, I managed critical incidents and changes for Microsoft through Launch IT, overseeing multiple accounts on the IcM Dashboard, training command-and-control teams, and collaborating across bridge calls to resolve high-impact outages.

My background at Atos spans incident and change management, data center operations, systems patching, and service desk support. I bring hands-on experience with ITIL practices, ServiceNow, AWS, AS400, AutoSys, Kusto, security, patching, reporting, and team knowledge transfer.
