At ZenXERP, I founded and launched a multi-tenant SaaS ecosystem of three live products for small and mid-sized businesses, now used by 3 paying clients. I turned client requirements into structured workflows for kitchen production, delivery routing, inventory and freight settlement.
At Zaravya Informatics Pvt Ltd, I built a multi-tenant HRMS covering onboarding, attendance, shifts, leave and payroll, delivered on web, Android and iOS. I developed its Node.js and TypeScript backend services and REST APIs on PostgreSQL, with role-based access control using Keycloak and JWT.
At Capgemini Invent, I managed Snowflake ETL pipelines for financial transaction data and built Azure Databricks pipelines and Tableau and Power BI dashboards for compliance, SLA adherence and risk monitoring. I also automated dispute resolution with Python and UiPath and supported GDPR privacy operations.
