I’m a Technical Consultant focused on ITSM, ITAM, and Endpoint Management, with hands-on specialization in the ManageEngine (Zoho) product suite. In my current deployment & support role, I help customers onboard smoothly and transition confidently to enterprise-grade tooling.
I configure, deploy, and implement policies in Service Desk Plus (SDP) for IT Helpdesk and Asset Management across different editions. I also act as the primary point of contact for ITSM-related technical issues, while producing detailed technical documentation, project reports, and client presentations.
I support the full customer journey—from leading pre-sales demos (DEMO) and Proof of Concepts (POC) to providing technical support pre- and post-deployment. I design infrastructure and solution architecture using Microsoft Visio, and I coordinate with OEMs like Dell, ManageEngine, Apple, and Quest to deliver integrated IT solutions.
Previously, I worked as a Senior Analyst in an enabling team at HCL Technologies and as an L1 Technical Support Engineer for the FINASSAM project at Assam Secretariat. My technical foundation is strengthened by an M. Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering and a research experience that was published in Springer through GCAIA 2020.
