At CS GROUP, the franchise partner for iDestiny and Levi’s in Eastern India, I implemented and integrated greytHR with existing company systems. It automates attendance, leave, payroll, and compliance workflows, and I continue to keep employee records accurate and adopt features that reduce manual work.
I lead the HR function across stores in West Bengal, Odisha, and the Northeast, covering recruitment, induction, statutory compliance, and employee relations. Previously, I managed HR at Nemichand Bamalwa Jewellers and worked in retail business management and recruitment consulting.
