I'm currently with Avanse Financial Services, where I manage end-to-end CERSAI charge creation, modification and satisfaction for secured loans while maintaining regulatory compliance and audit-ready records.

I led the CKYC registration system implementation by partnering with IT on requirements, test cases and UAT, then training end users for adoption. I also monitor registration operations, resolve technical and operational issues, submit bureau reporting files, and prepare monthly lien balance analysis.

Previously at Adani Capital, I supported repayment banking operations for a ₹2,000 Cr loan portfolio and was awarded Superstar of the Month for Operations performance in June 2022. My work covered EMI and collection MIS, mandates, foreclosure and closure processing, bank reconciliation, customer escalations, and Legal-team data support.

I began in operations by helping migrate physical loan files into LOS and LMS systems, completing quality checks to maintain accurate digital records. I bring nearly seven years of experience across loan operations, compliance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
