I'm looking to build my career in a challenging, professional workplace where I can apply my creative skills and technical competency, contribute to team success, and enhance the organization's image.

I've supported Mahin Group Industries as an IT Support Engineer, maintaining computer systems, networks, hardware, software, printers, and scanners.

I handle service requests, set up user accounts, repair and replace equipment, perform diagnostic tests, and update software, hardware, and systems. I also provide in-person and phone-based technical support, train end users, and document processes.

With a B.Sc. in Computer Science Engineering, I bring practical experience with LAN, WAN, remote-support tools, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems. I'm motivated to apply my technical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills in a challenging professional workplace.
