I am an experienced Citrix VDI engineer with over six years supporting large-scale virtualization environments and Windows server platforms. I specialize in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Provisioning Services, and VDI lifecycle management for thousands of users.
I have administered and supported 350+ XenApp servers and 2,300+ VDI machines, managed provisioning and imaging workflows, and executed security patching and application updates across persistent and non-persistent desktops. I regularly used monitoring tools and ticketing systems to maintain service levels.
My work spans on-premises and cloud platforms, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure IaaS VMs, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix Hypervisor and Nutanix, with hands-on experience in SCCM, ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Director, Veritas and Commvault. I provide Tier-2 support across APAC, EMEA and AMS regions and produce technical documentation and RCA for incident resolution.
