I am a Cloud Support Engineer with nearly six years of hands-on experience administering Citrix Cloud DaaS, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and VMware ESXi environments. I have led migrations from on-premises Citrix (6.5, 7.15 LTSR, 7.19/12 LTSR) to Citrix DaaS and performed Citrix upgrades and cumulative updates across infrastructure.

I manage Azure cloud-based infrastructure and AVD/FSLogix deployments supporting hundreds of users, including SCCM-based patching, image-based VDI provisioning, monitoring via vCenter, and daily incident resolution through ITIL processes and ServiceNow. I work with vendors such as Microsoft and Citrix to resolve complex issues and provide on-call emergency support.

I have core strengths in designing and maintaining virtual desktop and server platforms, performing change and problem management, and coordinating cross-team efforts for application publishing and access control. I focus on reliable, scalable remote desktop solutions and proactive operational support to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
