I am a Citrix Administrator with over four years of hands-on experience designing, implementing and supporting Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments, Provisioning Services (PVS), MCS and VMware virtualization. I have implemented POCs, managed PVS vDisks, configured StoreFront/Web Interface, tuned performance with Citrix Director, and handled upgrades and daily production support while maintaining SLAs.
I excel at building and maintaining server and virtual infrastructure, managing Active Directory GPOs, automating patching and image management, and troubleshooting complex user and server issues. I am client-focused, experienced with ticketing tools (CA Service Desk, ServiceNow), and comfortable executing change activities during off-hours to minimize business impact.
