I work closely with product, design, engineering, delivery teams, founders, business leaders, and HR stakeholders to resolve issues and keep commitments moving.

I've supported onboarding and adoption programs impacting 1,000+ end users, retained 4 of 6 high-value accounts, and achieved a 60% renewal rate through proactive engagement, strategic reviews, and early identification of engagement risks.

I also design leadership curriculum, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, implementation playbooks, and behaviour-change resources. Using engagement data, surveys, reporting, and AI-assisted workflow tools, I turn operational and behavioural insights into practical recommendations.
