I’m a specialist in complex situations and distressed companies, focused on financial, strategic, and operational restructuring. My work consistently combines restructuring strategy with hands-on delivery—budget construction, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling of strategic scenarios to help leadership regain control and make decisions under pressure.

As a Senior Associate (Turnaround, Strategy & Operations) and later as an Independent Consultant, I’ve supported debt renegotiation and due diligence, built turnaround plans, and strengthened reporting through operational restructuring and dashboard/reporting systems.
