Alice DUARTE

I’m passionate about geopolitics, finance, and negotiation, and I bring over eight years of international experience in financial and accounting advisory. Through an internal international mobility assignment, I practiced in Mexico for two years within a global environment, sharpening how I adapt my professional approach across cultures.

At EY (France and Mexico), I managed an international client portfolio and led audit and financial advisory engagements for international corporate groups, including SMEs and CAC 40 companies. I led financial audits under French GAAP and international accounting standards, and I delivered advisory services around process optimization, closing process and operational margin, financial function organisation, IFRS transition projects, and financial systems (ERP) implementation, including negotiation support. I also oversaw a portfolio of 50+ clients across up to 45 countries and coordinated cross-border project teams of up to 10 professionals.

Alongside consulting, I actively support entrepreneurs in building and scaling their businesses, contributing to more than ten entrepreneurial projects. I’ve led internal initiatives as a Team Lead for Global Delivery Services, trained audit and advisory teams as an IFRS Foundations Trainer, and contributed as a pilot team member for CSRD 2025 implementation initiatives. I’m also an entrepreneur myself—co-founding and exiting ventures in drone logistics and launching a fashion concept—bringing a result-oriented, practical mindset to finance strategy, business planning, governance, and growth strategy.
