Arun Pradeep

I’m a strategy and finance professional with 7+ years of experience across corporate finance, M&A, restructuring and business transformation, and recently completed my MBA at HEC Paris. I’m also a Chartered Accountant and CFA charterholder.

Most of my career has been in advisory, working with companies and investors across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India on complex strategic and financial problems. My experience includes advising on a $650M debt restructuring, supporting M&A and due diligence engagements exceeding $250M in aggregate value, structuring a $100M transaction, raising $25M of financing for an industrial project, and leading commercial and feasibility work for new investments. More recently, I’ve worked on a hands-on business transformation engagement for a European manufacturer, helping management improve operational visibility and execution.

I’m at my best when a problem requires a combination of analytical depth and commercial judgment. I enjoy building financial models, evaluating investments and businesses, researching industries, solving operational problems, negotiating with stakeholders and turning complex information into clear recommendations.

I’m particularly interested in roles spanning strategy, strategic finance, corporate development, M&A, business operations and transformation. I’m sector-agnostic but especially interested in technology and other businesses undergoing rapid growth or change. I’m looking for a role where I can take meaningful ownership, work closely with decision-makers and help translate strategy and financial insight into execution and measurable results.
