What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Junior Business Analyst role where I can apply my technical knowledge and business understanding to clarify needs, document requirements, and communicate them to technical teams.

At Armenian Code Academy, I used findings from 15+ user interviews to identify needs and inform requirements for a B2C product. I created user stories and personas connecting proposed features with business objectives.

I also conducted competitive analysis across five comparable products, supported feature priorities in a three-month roadmap, and defined and tracked KPIs for engagement, feature adoption, and retention.

At Armath Engineering Makerspaces, I coordinate student teams through hardware and software projects and review progress weekly. I introduced milestone checkpoints and clearer technical documentation to improve prototype development workflows.
