Sergey Khachunts

Aspiring product manager at NI, turning learner feedback into prioritized product changes and improved courses.
ArmeniaWhat I'm looking for
At NI (National Instruments, part of Emerson), I develop customer education courses on NI hardware and software. Across my roles, I’ve contributed to more than 20 courses taken by thousands of learners.
I compile and severity-grade alpha and beta feedback so the Content Strategist and SME can decide what to change, then implement approved changes. I also worked with product engineers to rework a video course after the product architecture changed during development.
While testing course exercises, I found a defect in new platform functionality and partnered directly with a product SME; the fix shipped before the feature went live. I also co-drove testing and adoption of LEAi and Descript for the team.
I’m moving into product management after completing Armenian Code Academy’s Product Management Profession course, where I studied discovery, prioritization, delivery, and product analytics. I bring experience working in Agile teams and a PhD in Physics, and I’m especially interested in product discovery.
