I’m looking to lead operations and technical delivery where process automation and KPI-driven execution matter. I want to partner with stakeholders, reduce cycle times through Lean methods, and grow teams that deliver measurable client impact.

I’m an Operations & Technical Delivery Manager with 14+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex process and automation initiatives. I translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions while keeping execution metrics tight in fast-paced environments.

Since June 2018, I’ve led and mentored a team of 16 associates in a high-volume, SLA-driven operation. I own work prioritization and resource allocation, act as the primary escalation point for complex operational and client-impacting issues, and coordinate with Sales and stakeholders to remove risks and blockers.

I spearhead automation and process transformation, including the End‑to‑End Enrollment Project, which reduced cycle time from 48 days to 22 days by the first semester of 2025. Through Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma, I’ve improved operational efficiency by up to 80% and reduced end‑to‑end lifecycle timelines by 50%.

I also manage validation and execution of customer agreements and post‑sales lifecycle transactions, ensuring compliance with SOX‑approved financials and global standards. I track and report operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities, using Jira, Planner, Monday, and Confluence, with hands-on support from Power BI and Power Automate for dashboards and workflow automation.
