I’m an Operations & Technical Delivery Manager with 14+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex process and automation initiatives. Through Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma, I’ve improved operational efficiency by up to 80% and reduced end‑to‑end lifecycle timelines by 50%.
I also manage validation and execution of customer agreements and post‑sales lifecycle transactions, ensuring compliance with SOX‑approved financials and global standards. I track and report operational KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities, using Jira, Planner, Monday, and Confluence, with hands-on support from Power BI and Power Automate for dashboards and workflow automation.
