What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hospitality role where I can deliver quality coffee and warm customer service, contribute to a supportive team, and help maintain smooth, clean, welcoming day-to-day operations.

I'm currently preparing quality coffee and supporting busy front- and back-of-house service at Signature Café on the Gold Coast. I manage orders, payments, food preparation, bakery presentation, cleaning, stock monitoring, and barista-station standards.

Across cafés, retail, food service, and customer-facing roles in Australia, the USA, and Europe, I've built more than six years of customer service experience. At Yellowstone National Park, I welcomed guests, managed seating and reservations, and served food and beverages efficiently during busy periods.

I've also worked in sales at Karmer Surf/C60 and insurance sales in Ljubljana, using product knowledge, tailored recommendations, clear communication, and rapport to support customers and sales goals.

Alongside hospitality, I've provided person-centred support for adults, older people, children, and young people. I bring a calm, respectful approach, strong organisation, and genuine pride in creating safe, welcoming experiences.
